Someone with flexible schedule will be a priority, however will be happy to arrange fix days of the week, busiest days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays! The ideal candidate must: - love animals! - have excellent communication skills - be responsive and alert - be physically fit, as the job requires a lot of physical activity - be able to take nice photos for our socials - be able to follow instructions and be a great team player but also be confident working on your own - hold a valid uk driving license! The family currently have a range of animals you will be charged with caring for including dogs. cats, rabbits and other animals. Primarily you will be handling the dogs, including handling, training and traveling with the dogs. Ensuring the wellbeing of the dogs including feeding, training, exercising and grooming is the main part of this position. Up keep of pet areas including litter trays and light housekeeping in pet areas. Day to day grooming and cleaning of the animals. Maintaining good health of the animals and administering medication where required. A general passion for animals and their wellbeing is essential. You must be comfortable working around children. Responding to various ac hoc duties as and when required. Our client is looking for someone proactive, energetic with a can-do attitude who has good communication skills. A proven track record in dog handling – within a military setting would be advantageous. Proof of right to work in the UK, passport and ability to travel would wide is essential. This is a live put position, so you much live within a commutable distance of Kensington. Salary £40,000 – £45,000 DOE Shifts are usually Monday – Friday however some weekend flexibility will be required but rarely Holiday – 20 days plus bank holidays with a day in lieu if any additional days are worked. About the Role We are looking for a Home Collection Driver to join our growing team. As the face of TRAID on the road, you will be responsible for collecting donations directly from homes and businesses across London. This role is hands-on, physically engaging, and offers plenty of variety - no two shifts are the same, and our donors will rely on your help in lots of different ways. Each day, you’ll be assigned a route with 20 to 35 collections. We’ll invest in you by offering fully paid, comprehensive training to ensure you’re confident in TRAID’s collection systems and procedures. Main Responsibilities: - Collect donations from homes across London as per your scheduled route - Accurately record collection details on a PDA provided by TRAID - Unload the collected items safely and securely at our Alperton Warehouse, always following manual handling guidelines and health and safety policies - Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical upkeep of the company vehicle, reporting any necessary maintenance to your line manager - Provide an energetic and customer-focused approach, aiming to deliver excellent service to donors and ensure a positive experience. We are a premium boutique dog walking company catering to VIP clients. We are looking for a reliable, professional and upbeat person whom enjoys working with dogs and starting early at 8:25am each day and working for approximately 4 hours till 12:30 although occasionally it could go until 1:30pm Mon - Fri. So, flexibility is required. You will work as part of a friendly team based in Hampstead NW3. The candidate must love dogs and ideally have some experience with dogs.
