Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of Indian flavors, while being open to global influences and modern presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute an innovative Indian fusion menu with seasonal and local ingredients.
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food prep, plating, and service quality.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain food cost controls, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance).
- Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and events.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure consistent quality of ingredients.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining, fusion environment or Indian.
- Need to have experince in making curry and Tandoori
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and familiarity with international cooking styles.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Creativity and passion for innovation in food presentation and flavor.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
