Work Location: Hybrid remote in Yorkshire and Humberside, Sheffield City Key Responsibilities • Visit properties to carry out residential and commercial property surveys., • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule property inspections., • Oversee team diaries and booking schedules to maintain smooth workflow., • Ensure customer outcomes through effective scheduling and communication., • Assist with complaints and queries to support timely resolution., • Measure properties accurately and produce floor plans, technical drawings, and lease plans., • Prepare property elevations for planning permission applications., • Collect accurate site information and measurements., • Liaise professionally with estate agents, landlords, and property owners., • Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism while working independently., • Identify improvement opportunities in scheduling processes and team productivity. Essential Requirements • Basic technical drafting knowledge (BIM, Revit, AutoCAD or similar software preferred)., • Experience in the property industry., • Ability to read building measurements and produce accurate drawings., • Excellent attention to detail., • Good communication and organisational skills., • Full UK driving licence (preferred, depending on location)., • Ability to travel to properties across your assigned region. Desirable Skills • Experience preparing property elevations for planning applications., • Knowledge of lease plan preparation., • Familiarity with surveying equipment and software., • Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) experience or qualification (advantage but not essential).     Subcontract Heating Engineer & Plumber Location: Bracknell and surrounding areas covering hampshire and Surrey Job Type: Self-Employed / Subcontractor Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are looking for experienced, reliable and professional Heating Engineers & Plumbers to join our growing team on a subcontract basis. We have regular domestic work available for engineers who take pride in their workmanship, provide excellent customer service and can work independently. The successful applicants will carry out a range of heating and plumbing works in domestic properties.
