M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased) Location: Windlesham, Surrey (site-based with travel to London & Home Counties) Salary: Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits Contract Type: Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased) to oversee building services design, coordination, and subcontractor management across a portfolio of prestigious projects. This role will see you managing the integration and delivery of MEP services from enquiry stage through to handover, ensuring benchmarks of health and safety, quality, and programme compliance are met. You will take responsibility for producing commissioning programmes, managing the entire commissioning process, and coordinating all utilities installations with statutory authorities. Collaboration across departments will be central, ensuring seamless project delivery.
