Based out of our Chiswick kitchen initially, we are looking for strong lead chef that has experience in the dark kitchen industry.
We are looking for someone to grow within the team and have the flexibility when it comes to cuisine. The role will require you to work with multiple brands and to run the kitchen from day to day. Focusing on hygiene and HACCP, food ordering, stock management and staff management.
