Head Pastry Chef
Chez Antoinette will reopen soon so we are rebuilding a strong team. We are a small independent business with two French restaurants in central London. As a pastry chef, you will be based in Victoria. Organisation, precision, efficiency and consistency are key qualities to be successful in this role in addition to being a nice human being and a team player 😊.
The concept is based around my grandmother kitchen from France so your knowledge and training on French classics is essential. We provide good quality food yet simple. You will be in charge of the production for both restaurants and the deli at Victoria as well as catering orders.
The position will be for early birds and mainly production so no service to manage
