We are currently looking for Full Time Telesales, Bridal Beauty Wellness and Clients Team Administrator Consultant with practical solid experience in Telesales, Bridal Make-Up Beauty, Hairdresser Stylist with experience as Clients Team Administrator! 1. Telesales Consultant Tasks Duties and Responsibilities : As a Telesales Consultant you will be required to be carrying out cold-calling via telephone calls to London local companies / businesses CEOs/ Directors and Managers and letting them know about our PR International Properties of Private Personal Best spoke Assistants services and booking appointments with PRI Sales Closers. • You will be required to attend in person marketing events promoting PRI Properties Personal Assistants services in London event venues such as Hotels: Retail Malls, Service Workplace Offices etc. 2. Bridal Beauty Wellness Consultant Tasks Duties and Responsibilities: As a Bridal Beauty Wellness Consultant you will collaborate and work with us on marketing, promoting our affiliate marketing online store called Portia Roberts Brides that promotes numerous weddings, events products and services including: Wedding Dresses, Luxury Travel, Jewelery and Beauty Wellness and many more. a. You will be required to finding luxury affiliate marketing companies for us to be collaborating and be in partnership with such as for wedding dresses, travel, jelewery, event venues and many more and linking them to our Portia Roberts Brides website. b. Carrying out virtual: online or in person hosting beauty wellness presentations to our private membership group clients carrying out the practical beauty wellness group coaching sessions such as: beauty, health and wellness, hairdressing: hair styling sessions etc taking care most of our private clients self-care wellness needs requirements. c. You will be required to carry out Portia Roberts Weddings and Bridal Package Sessions: carrying out Wedding Bridal Beauty Events and Portia Roberts Professional Christian Singles Casting Registration Events which takes place weekdays and monthly basis: Fridays and Saturdays. 3. Clients Team Administrator Tasks Duties and Responsibilities : As a Clients Team Administrator you will be required to be working as our clients team administrators private personal assistant: looking after up 10 private clients. So it is essential that you have solid experienced of working and managing a large number of clients. Duties and Responsibilities including: Managing Calendar Diaries, Booking Appointments, booking venues: conference meeting rooms, Booking Travel Flights, answering companies telephone calls, managing companies email inboxes: responding to emails, dealing with clients complaints. Portia Roberts Administrator Tasks and Duties: booking CEO MD Clients appointment, managing calendar, hosting and presenting Portia Roberts Brides Beauty Wellness Coaching weekly sessions, booking Portia Roberts clients group travel flights, booking hotel conference meeting rooms, assisting, liasing with event managers with all of Portia Roberts Wedding packages events tasks and duties. Key Job Role Qualities and Experiences: Essential that the consultant applicant posses these Key qualities and work experiences below: • Essential have Proven and Tracked Telesales at least most recent 3 - 5 Years Experience, • Essential to have Bridal Beauty Stylist Experiences over the last 5 Plus years experience, • Essential have Executive Assistant and Office Administration at least 5 years experience ( solid and practical experience of looking after exclusive large group teams: (8 executives / senior management team members all at one time ), • Ambitious and Very Hardworking, • Resourceful and consistently be able to meet all of the required practical target sales numbers., • Be able to self-manage the job role and responsibilities ( without constant management ), • Extremely flexible and very quick to adapt all according to both business and its clients., • Office Administration Knowledge: Google workplace: Office Excel, Office Teams, Canva etc, • Essential to be flexible Working Hours Contract: Hybrid ( WFH: Remote and Event Venues) Mondays - Fridays ( Events Fridays or Saturdays ) Salary Monthly Expectation: £2300 Per Month + Commission Pay: 50% Commission Please Note: You will only start being paid monthly salary once you have reached your sales target up to 3 Sales On first month ( Official 3 paying sales clients) 50% Commission = Per Portia Roberts Wedding Bridal Package Sales. 3 Months Probationary Period to Permanent.
