Project Co-Ordinator – D&B Commercial Interiors

Are you experienced in site supervision, co-ordinating or managing commercial interior projects? Your role - Day to day project admin duties, including liaising with clients, contractors, designers & directors. Ensure a constant line of communication between all parties & that clients’ needs are met as a project progresses. Budget management, incl. handing financial queries. Creating project plans (Microsoft Projects). Weekly site visits to assess progress & ensure H&S procedures are being followed. Taking site minutes & issuing these to clients, contractors & other relevant parties. Producing O&M manuals. Management of H&S documentation, including contractor records on site. Reporting to line manager. About you - Experience in a similar role in the design & build industry advantageous. High level of competency in Excel & experience using Microsoft Projects. A methodical approach to administration. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage workload without direction. Multitasker. Friendly, personable & articulate. Tech CAD knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Strong client facing skills.
