About the company:

My Client is a national Recruitment agency with multiple specialisms and offices around the UK. They are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their Leeds based Business Support office and manage the existing team of 4 consultants. You will be expected to work towards a target of £60k-£70k Billings (which can be achieved through existing clients and roles or new clients and roles

Day to day:

Managing a team of 3-4 consultants

Working towards £60k - £70k Annual Target

Helping to drive the division forwards

Making sure the team is in line with the company direction

What you need:

Experience as a Recruitment Manager

OR Experience as a Recruitment Team Leader within Business Support Sector

OR Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within Business Support Sector

Willingness to adapt and learn

You will need to have ambition and the desire to manage a team

Experience billing £60k - £70k annually

What you will get:

£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary

Realistic OTE of £70,000 First Year

Car Allowance (£4,800)

Commission

Quarterly/Yearly Bonus

Team-based bonus

Progression and Development

1 day a week WFH

To manager a team of 4 Consultants
