We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and meet their day-to-day needs, enabling them to live safely, comfortably, and confidently within our home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, and emotional wellbeing
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Caring, patient, and respectful
- Reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Committed to delivering high standards of care and support
- Eager to develop new skills and acquire knowledge working with people with brain injuries.
Essential requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- Good literacy and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, use of word processing
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in a care or support role
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
