Core Responsibilities • Delivery of high-quality coverage for accounts., • Share regular coverage result updates with clients to showcase success., • Work on writing skills and understand how to write for different audiences., • Proactively ensure client-facing documents are accurate and up to date, such as WIP documents, coverage logs, reports, etc., • Join regular client calls, prepare agendas, and accurately document and circulate actions. Stay Curious • Develop a broad understanding of your industry e.g., the media landscape – including national newspapers, broadcast channels, and relevant trade media outlets – social media channels, and digital marketing tools., • Shadow senior colleagues at media meetings to start to learn skills around building contacts and media relationships., • Attend role-specific training and participate in agencywide activities and initiatives to build relationships with colleagues., • Use AI tools responsibly to support creativity, efficiency, insight, and high-quality output, applying professional judgment to ensure all work remains accurate, ethical, and aligned with client and company standards. Stay Human • Start to develop upward management skills, communicating successes and flagging issues/challenges to Account Managers at the earliest opportunity. Stay Ahead • Start to contribute on an ad hoc basis to new business campaigns by identifying brands and businesses that could benefit from the agency’s services.
