Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for an SEO Account Manager with at least three years of recent agency experience, a deep passion for SEO, and a proven track record of delivering results. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end SEO campaigns, work closely with clients, and drive strategies that increase rankings, traffic, and revenue. What You’ll Be Doing • Leading SEO campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring measurable impact, • Managing client relationships, presenting insights, and ensuring seamless communication, • Conducting technical SEO audits, prioritising fixes, and collaborating with developers, • Developing and overseeing content strategies that drive organic growth, • Identifying high-value keyword opportunities through market research and competitor analysis, • Analysing data to track performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement What You’ll Need • Strong knowledge of technical, onsite, and offsite SEO best practices, • Experience with SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and creating Looker Studio reports, • Minimum of three years’ agency experience leading successful SEO campaigns, or equivalent experience where you can demonstrate your suitability for the role., • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and commercial impact, • Ability to develop and manage content strategies, including GEO best practices, • Excellent organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple projects, • Passion for digital marketing and search with a drive to stay ahead of trends, • Adaptability to work across different industries and client needs, • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership What You’ll Get At Yellowball, we believe in rewarding great work, embracing flexibility, and creating an environment where people thrive. • 9-Day Fortnight, • Early Finish Every Friday – We wrap up one hour earlier to start the weekend sooner, • Competitive Salary - £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience, • Hybrid & Remote Flexibility – One day per week in the office in London Bridge (Thursday), otherwise remote. Step 2: If successful, you will be invited to a short (20-30 minute) screening call with the Head of SEO or SEO Lead to discuss your experience in more depth and give you the chance to ask additional questions about the role. Step 3: Following the screening call, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 1 hour interview (via Teams) with the Head of SEO and founders. This will include a 20 minute presentation based on a take-home task that will be provided to you in advance, alongside general questions to assess suitability.
