The setting supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and provides a structured, nurturing environment designed to help pupils re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills. The provision is looking for someone who can use sport, physical activity, and positive role-modelling to motivate students, build trust, and promote emotional regulation. This is a temp-to-perm role, with the intention that the successful candidate becomes a permanent member of the team in July, providing stability and consistency for pupils.
