Role Purpose As a Volunteer Youth Worker, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered. You will support group sessions, activities, and informal discussions, helping young people build confidence, social skills, and resilience. We have a variety of possible working hours, from full time (40 hours) or 3 full days (8-6) and Wednesday (8am-12)(40 hours), or Monday-Friday 8am-2pm and 12-6pm on rotation (30 hours).
