We are currently hiring a PAM Business Analyst to join our growing Cyber Security team. You’ll be deployed immediately to support one of our key financial services clients on a large-scale PAM transformation programme. Key Responsibilities • Support the onboarding of users, systems, and applications into the organisation’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution (Delinea / Centrify)., • Analyse existing access processes and legacy PAM capabilities to design and implement improved, standardised solutions., • Collect, interpret, and maintain data related to privileged access — ensuring accuracy and visibility through dashboards, reports, and alerts., • Provide governance and oversight across PAM operations, ensuring alignment with internal security policies and regulatory requirements., • Partner with Risk Management, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and remediate access-related risks., • Monitor PAM performance and produce regular MI reports for management and audit stakeholders., • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to capture requirements and support PAM enhancements., • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate or optimise PAM processes. Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools — ideally Delinea / Centrify (Access Manager or Server Suite)., • Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD), authentication mechanisms, and identity management principles., • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)., • Background in IT Security, Governance, Risk, or Business Analysis within a technology environment., • Ability to decompose existing processes and design scalable, compliant solutions., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail., • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across technical and non-technical teams., • Familiarity with audit, compliance, or access certification processes is advantageous.
