We’re on the hunt for a skilled and creative in-house Video Editor to help us bring bold culinary narratives to life—primarily on YouTube. This role is perfect for someone who’s not only a master of the edit but also thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment cantered around food, sustainability, and hospitality innovation. Key responsibilities: - Edit captivating YouTube content, from longer narrative videos to tight, high-energy shorts and trailers. - Cut and repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as needed. - Maintain consistency with brand tone, pace, and visual style across all videos. - Stay current with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and performance analytics. - Contribute creatively to content planning and storyboarding sessions. - Ensure all output is polished, professional, and on-brand—whether it's a kitchen feature or behind-the-scenes chef spotlight. About You: - Prior professional experience using Adobe Premiere Pro. - A strong portfolio of YouTube edits (showcasing storytelling, pacing, titles, and thumbnail strategy). - Experience editing food, lifestyle, or hospitality content is a big plus. - Strong understanding of what performs well on YouTube—from titles and thumbnails to retention strategies. - Ability to work efficiently with both camera-shot and phone-shot footage. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively. - A flexible mindset—you’re comfortable jumping into shoots or edits on short notice when needed. We're looking for a talented and dynamic in-house on-site Content Creator to join our growing team. This unique role blends high-end culinary expertise with digital content creation—ideal for someone who lives and breathes food and wants to help bring exciting culinary stories to life on YouTube and other platforms. Key responsibilities: - Plan, film, and edit compelling short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram (Stories, Reels, Feed), and Facebook. - Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute monthly content calendars. - Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the kitchen, highlight seasonal dishes, and spotlight the Fallow team and values. - Stay on top of social media trends and recommend creative ideas that align with our brand. - Assist with scheduling and publishing content - Help analyse what content performs best to continuously improve engagement. - Represent Fallow/Roe/FOWL’s aesthetic and tone authentically in every piece of content. About You: - Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, preferably in the food or hospitality sectors. - Strong videography and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro) - Confident shooting both with a smartphone and camera in a fast-paced, restaurant environment. - Excellent understanding of current social trends, audio, formats, and platform algorithms. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Flexible schedule to occasionally capture content during evenings or events.
