The role: As an Event Leader, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, commercial success and flawless delivery of one of This is Beyond’s major events. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing, content and operations, ensuring every element of the event aligns with our values, brand standards and business objectives. You will shape the event’s long-term vision, develop and deliver its commercial strategy, and ensure it continues to evolve as a world-class platform that connects and inspires the most influential players in luxury travel.
