The role The main purpose of the role is to smoothly manage the kitchen porter area during the shift, as well as supporting the kitchen team if necessary. You will be in charge of deep-cleaning in the mornings, putting away deliveries and handing over the section in the best conditions to the next KP, or closing to the highest standards of cleanliness. Cooking all dishes up to standards, organising and preparing the section for the evening shift or the following day, and giving well-informed recommendations to those sitting around the bar, to ensure our guests leave having had a great experience that we are proud of. This role will involve opening and closing different sections in the kitchen to the highest health and safety standards.
