To safely and professionally disconnect and remove all existing bathroom appliances and fittings in preparation for renovation or replacement, ensuring all pipework is properly drained, sealed, and left in a safe and tidy condition. Scope of Work: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Site Assessment & Preparation Inspect bathroom layout and existing pipework. Identify and assess shut-off valves and drainage points. Protect surrounding areas (e.g., floors, walls) from water damage during removal. Shut-Off & Drainage Isolate water supply to bathroom fixtures. Drain down relevant pipework, including any associated hot and cold feed lines. Ensure full depressurisation of the water system before dismantling appliances. Appliance Disconnection & Removal Carefully disconnect and remove the following (as applicable): Toilet Basin/sink Bath Shower unit/enclosure Taps and valves Any wall-mounted or under-sink units connected to plumbing Disconnect and cap off associated pipework safely and in compliance with plumbing regulations. Post-Removal Tasks Seal all exposed pipework where necessary to prevent leaks or ingress. Remove waste appliances and fittings to designated disposal area (skip or waste facility). (To be confirmed) Leave work area clean, safe, and free from hazards.

Ad-Hoc position. Suitable candidates must understand that role is job-by-job and that they will be classified as self-employeed. We are looking for experienced cleaning operatives for thorough and fast paced end-of-tenancy cleaning. Candidates must demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience, basic English language skills, a working cellular device with a camera, understanding of cleaning, including use of chemicals and equipment. This role requires candidates to be fairly fit and healthy. Candidates must be able to travel. Jobs will be sent via WhatsApp and equipment will be provided for registered teams of 2. Candidates will be paid upwards of £50 per house completed and work in teams of two. It is reasonable to complete a house within 4 hours, and two can be completed in a day. TASKS INCLUDE: - Prepare, cook, and present food in line with the required standards of Sapore Vero. - Supporting the company in developing new menus & weekly specials. - Monitor food production to ensure consistent quality of portion size. - Take ownership of the kitchen management in the absence of the Head Chef. - Follow relevant hygiene and health & safety guidelines. - Organise food, supplies, and utensils within the kitchen and in the fridges. - Stock control. - Following FIFO procedure to reduce waste of food stock. - Keep all designated areas in the kitchen clean and tidy before, during, and after the service accordingly with hygiene standards. - Check that appliance and fridges are at the required temperatures and properly closed before leaving. - Regularly clean and monitor kitchen appliances. - Work with the kitchen porter and pizza chefs to ensure the smooth running of service. - Coordinate take away orders with the pizza chef and floor staff to provide drivers with correct food. - Establish effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards all guests, clients, and employees. - Any other duties as assigned related to this position.

Knowledge of Regulations: A thorough understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures. Customer Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining work procedures and providing advice. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to gas systems. Health and Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of health and safety procedures and risk assessments related to gas work.
