We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Denham. In this pivotal role, you will act as the senior site lead (Black Hat), overseeing the daily management and coordination of site activities. Your mission? To drive delivery, ensure safety, and uphold the highest quality standards. Your Key Responsibilities\n As a Construction Manager, you will: \n\n • Take overall leadership and control of site activities.\n, • Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and site resources.\n, • Drive the construction programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved.\n, • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site management.\n, • Oversee the delivery and coordination of M&E/building services installations.\n, • Identify and resolve site issues to keep delivery on track.\n, • Lead site meetings and provide clear direction to the wider delivery team.\n, • Collaborate closely with the Project Director, commercial, engineering, and commissioning teams through to completion and handover.\nWhat We're Looking For\n We want a strong and experienced Construction Manager who thrives in a leadership role. If you have: \n\n • Significant experience leading construction delivery on major or complex projects.\n, • Strong M&E/building services knowledge, with a mechanical and/or electrical background.\n, • Experience as a senior site lead / Black Hat or in a similarly responsible position.\n, • A solid understanding of construction programmes, sequencing, QA/QC, and commissioning.\n, • Confidence in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.\n, • The ability to take control, make decisions, and proactively resolve issues on site.\n, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n, • A relevant construction, engineering, or building services qualification.\nWhy Join Us?\n We believe in evolving our benefits to attract and retain top talent.
