The Role: Are you looking for a varied and challenging role with a Payroll team where you can make an impact? We are looking for a professional and driven Payroll Specialist, working with the EMEA Payroll team with sole ownership of UK and other EMEA countries. We are looking for someone with experience managing an end-to-end payroll process for multiple payrolls within a large pan European team. Role responsibilities: • Ownership of the end to end payroll process for multiple country payrolls to ensure accurate results and statutory compliance, • Liaise with external payroll vendor, • Responsible for the timely and accurate payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and related benefits, • Management of year end processing and other statutory filings as they relate to payroll, payroll taxes and benefits, • Management and understanding of the treatment of our Stock programmes: RSU/ESPP deductions gains and withholdings for the countries under your responsibility, • Liaise with HR Services, Stock Services, and other business units to obtain monthly updates for payroll in a timely manner, • Respond in a timely manner to queries from the payroll vendor, HR Services and employees (via the HR Employee Service Centre), • Maintain SOX payroll compliance through established internal processes, • Understand GL reporting as relates to payroll, and secures good working relationships with Finance/ GL teams, • Support Time and Attendance system for your countries and resulting inputs to payroll, • Update internal payroll procedures manual regularly to reflect changes in process, • Support other team members with workload as and when required, • Share payroll knowledge to a designated ‘back up’ team member to ensure business continuity in your absence, • Embrace change in a fast moving environment, • Scope to process further countries as and when required Required skills and experience: • Experience of payroll processing for multiple countries in medium/large organizations, • Highly proficient in interpreting payroll rules and regulations, • Excellent Excel skills, • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, • Fluency in English is essential, additional languages desirable, • Experience of decision making with complete ownership payroll process, • Flexibility and adaptability to support simultaneous business demands and deadlines, • Structured/Organized/ approach, • Previous experience within a pan-European environment or EMEA team Desirable skills and experience: • Previous experience of ADP (Streamline and iHCM advantageous), • Previous experience of Time and Attendance systems and feeds to payroll, • Previous experience of payroll with integration from an HR System, • Previous experience of Workday

THIS IS A STANDALONE POSITION Role Summary As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the full sourcing life cycle of food and non-food items across our business. You’ll manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, monitor stock levels and support strategic planning, all while ensuring our product quality and food safety standards remain uncompromised. The ideal candidate will be constantly striving for cost reduction and maintaining operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments. Key Responsibilities Supplier & Product Management • Implement sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality and cost competitiveness., • Negotiate contracts and service levels to maintain strong supplier performance, • Ensure all products meet Tanpopo’s high technical and quality requirements., • Lead product planning and development whilst collaborating with Production, MD and Technical to fulfil all procurement needs Procurement & Logistics • Oversee procurement of both food and non-food items (e.g. packaging, kitchen equipment), • Openly discuss new ingredients, ideas and products, whilst managing the full sourcing lifecycle. Cost Control & Analysis · Collaborate with Quality/Technical teams to ensure product specifications meet operational, legal and customer requirements. • Monitor market pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities, • Analyse procurement data to inform recipe costing and margin protection, • Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes with monthly spend reports and quarterly purchasing presentations., • Provide updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and responsiveness across departments. Stock & Inventory Management • Maintain stock availability through effective inventory control and supplier planning with the warehouse supervisor and order accordingly., • Monitor all inbound deliveries to ensure SLA’s are maintained., • Support teams with weekly stock takes and delivery accuracy checks Quality Assurance & Compliance • Ensure product specifications, labelling and traceability documents are accurate and available to the Technical department. Forecasting & Planning • Use historical data, market trends and business plans to forecast procurement needs, • Support the team with ensuring no components are out of stock or over ordered., • Implement ingredients which drive operational efficiency with the Head of Production. Candidate Requirements Essential: • Ideally 5 years of proven experience in a food purchasing role (ideally in chilled/FMCG environment), • Experience working with Japanese or Asian food suppliers, • Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills, • Solid understanding of import procedures, food safety and stock management, • Data-driven with strong Excel and reporting skills, • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills, • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Desirable: • Familiarity with inventory systems, • CIPS qualification or similar Job Title: Purchasing Manager Location: Feltham, Middlesex Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Reports to: Managing Director
