As Head of Specification, you’ll be responsible for: • Driving new business generation through established relationships with Developers, Cost Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors, • Leading specification activity across high‑rise city and town centre developments, including Residential, Hotel, Office and Mixed‑Use schemes, • Influencing the specification of bathroom packages on complex projects through early stakeholder engagement, • Securing and managing framework agreements, primarily with Developers and Franchisees, to build sustainable hotel and residential pipelines, • Working closely with manufacturers to secure profitable and solus trading agreements, • Building long‑term pipelines across major UK developments and acting as a senior representative for the brand within the professional community Please note: this role focuses on urban, multi‑storey developments and is not housebuilding. And here’s what we’d like you to have: • Proven experience in specification or consultative sales within the construction or building materials sector, • Demonstrable success securing framework and portfolio agreements, • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level, • A background in urban, high‑rise or mixed‑use developments, • Commercially astute, proactive and relationship‑driven approach This is a high‑impact role offering the opportunity to shape and lead specification strategy on some of the UK’s most significant developments.
