Role description: This role provides Corporate Communicationsdelivery support forGrowth includinginternal and external communicationsencompassingstrategic advisory reputation management thought leadership and leadership engagement. This role ensures the consistent andtimelydelivery of strategic global communications programs for Growth and supports global communication programs. The CommunicationsManager Growth may alsoact as comms advisor/strategistto the GlobalCommunicationsDirector Cross-GBA and Growth leadership team. This role will have an integrated communicationslens withan initialfocus of 60% internal communications and 40% external communications. Reports to:Global Communications Director Cross-GBA Role accountabilities: • Developand delivercorporate communications and engagementactivities aligned withtheGrowthstrategyto drive employee engagement and brand advocacy and promote and protect company reputation., • Contribute to the global corporate communications and cross-GBA communications strategies and the overallCorporateCommunications program., • Lead best practice internal communications within Growth to support Your Voice scores focusing on strategic storytelling leadership engagement and strategy communication., • Supportthe development of the core Growth narrative and key messages for corporate communication audiences and provide advice and oversight for campaign/marketing content., • Create and deliver strategic Growth communications plans and content for earned PR/business communication ( strategic press releases blogs speeches for external speaking opportunities corporate thought leadership) and internal channels (e.g. EDMs bulletins intranet webinars)., • Work collaboratively with the other GBA Comms Directors and Cross-GBA Comms Director on cross-GBA communication activity embedding the Growth story priorities and initiatives and promoting a One Arcadis approach and culture., • Create and deliver strategic communications plans and content for earned PR/business communication and internal channels as above., • Establish strong connections across GBAsCorporate Communications and Enablers (Operations and GSSC) to deliver best practice communications., • Work closely with countryCorporateCommunications leaders to ensure messages are localized delivered through country teams and amplified through relevant channels., • Support the delivery ofexternal communications activities including press releases news and announcements Growth content on Arcadis news section of the website and content for social media as part of a corporate communications campaign news and announcements., • Monitor results and ensure that communications programs are informed by data and audience insight., • Agree on SLAs specific to communications for Growth with Ops Leader to ensure deliverables are clear and ROI maximized., • Providecommunications advice and consulting to leadership teams to ensure messages are connected to their audiences (internal/external)., • Work with theBrand team driving strategic storytelling with leadersthrough the Brand Ambassador program., • Work with the Global Communications Director Strategic Programs to support communication for strategic programs., • Collaborate with the Cross-GBA Communications Director toalign oncross-GBA Growth-related communications activities and priorities., • Drive communications topics from the Change/Transformation team and take them forwardintoGrowth. Owns: • Program accountability, • Internal communication and engagement, • External communication, • Stakeholder management, • Influencing leaders on approach to messaging, • Business Prioritization, • Reputation Management, • Degree qualified in areas such as Business Journalism Communications orOrganisationalDevelopment. Continued professional or personal development (e.g. Change Management) preferred. Growth Mindset with a desire to continue learning., • At least5-6years experience working withsenior stakeholders in applicable industries., • Internal Communications experience is essential; some exposure to external communications is valuable., • Experience navigating matrixed organizations such as a professional services organization or consultancy., • Experience and knowledge of data-driven approaches to reporting on success., • Bringsbest practice approaches to the function., • Experiencesuccessfully rolling out complex change cultural and organizational programs that influence a step change., • Keen eye/ear for tone of voice and leadership presence; a strong and versatile writer. A strategist able to juggle competing demands., • Understands and can apply principles for systemicbehaviourshifts., • Breadth of experience: Working internationally across different industries business lines and/or functions; managing projectsimpactingpeople/issues/solutions across organizational boundaries., • Leading transformation: Ability to bring people on a journey to the unknown creating a sense of stability and security in uncertain times avoidingchangefatigue., • People management: Creating high-performing teams communicating vision and purpose engagingothersand ensuring alignedobjectives.
