We are currently looking for a pizza chef/baker to help run the flatbread section of our kitchen at our ambitious new restaurant, Carmel, opening at the end of March in Fitzrovia, Central London. In this role you are responsible for the smooth running of the bakery section, including the production of dough for the flatbreads and other breads being baked in house.
