We are looking for a passionate and motivated Pastry Chef to join our team at Belle Epoque Patisserie. As a Pastry Chef, you will have to: - Prepare pastries, including preparing dough and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. - Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily. - Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards. - Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods. - Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures. - Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to the Chef. - Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served. - Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security. The position is full-time, five days a week, including week-ends. All candidates will be required to provide proof of right to work in the UK.
