Key responsibilities: • Providing supervision, coaching and guidance to recovery practitioners * Managing a small caseload and delivering structured 1:1 and group interventions * Completing assessments and developing tailored recovery care plans * Supporting release planning and through-the-gate continuity of care * Supporting performance delivery and meeting service KPIs * Working collaboratively with healthcare, probation and other partners * Supporting rota planning and day-to-day operational delivery * Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality and compliance What we're looking for: • Experience working in drug and alcohol recovery services * Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising staff * Strong understanding of recovery, harm reduction and treatment approaches * Strong organisational and communication skills * A flexible and proactive approach * A genuine passion for supporting recovery and positive change This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a meaningful difference in a role where no two days are the same.
