Managing a team of 7 Key Account Managers, you'll be responsible for delivering strategic growth across a portfolio of surgical and endoscopy products, including both capital equipment and consumables. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a commercially astute manager who can coach, develop, and inspire a team to exceed targets while maintaining strong relationships with theatre teams, procurement departments, and clinical stakeholders within both NHS and private hospitals. THE PACKAGE FOR NATIONAL SALES MANAGER: • Basic salary: up to £80,000, • Bonus: £20,000 OTE, with overperformance incentives, • Car: electric company car or £750/month car allowance, • Benefits: private healthcare, pension scheme, laptop, mobile phone, • Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Location: National role - candidates can be based anywhere in the UK with access to major transport links.
