Were growing and looking for a hands-on Team Leader to support our care teams, uphold quality, and deliver brilliant client outcomes. What youll do • Lead, coach and rota a team of Care Workers; complete supervisions and spot checks, • Complete client assessments/reviews and update care & risk plans, • Ensure safe practice: medication checks, infection control, safeguarding, H&S, • Respond to day-to-day service issues; participate in the on-call rota, • Build great relationships with clients, families, and professionals, • Maintain accurate records (e-rostering/care systems) and contribute to auditsAbout you, • Experienced in domiciliary/home care with strong people-leadership skills, • Confident with care planning, risk assessment, and quality standards, • Calm problem-solver with excellent communication and organisation, • UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential), • Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Level 2 considered with strong experienceWhat we offer, • Competitive pay, paid mileage, • Funded training & QCF qualifications; clear progression to Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager, • Supportive, values-driven team and regular recognition, • Uniform, DBS support, pension, holiday entitlementS L Homecare is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults.
