Family Solicitor – Huddersfield A superb opportunity has become available for a Family Solicitor to join a reputable and growing Legal 500 firm in Yorkshire. This position is ideal for a driven and Experienced Solicitor looking for flexible working arrangements, clear career progression and the chance to be part of a close, supportive team. The firm is recognised for its client-centred service and strong regional reputation, providing a genuine platform to develop your family law career within a modern and forward-thinking practice. Key Responsibilities: \n • Manage a varied caseload including divorce, private children matters, non-molestation orders and financial remedy work, • Take responsibility for files from start to finish, including taking over ongoing matters, • Attend court for directions hearings, first appointments and FDRs, • Draft legal documents and maintain effective communication with clients and external parties, • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including LAA rules and the Solicitors Act, • Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2-3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience), • Experience across a wide range of family law matters, including children, divorce, finances and domestic abuse, • Knowledge of TOLATA matters is advantageous, • Strong client care skills and high-quality drafting ability, • Confident working within legal aid processes and billing frameworks, • Capable of supervising other fee earners and meeting LAA supervisor criteria, • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, • Hybrid working arrangements and flexible hours to support work-life balance, • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), • Additional day off for your birthday, • Two annual "Life Admin" half-days, • Private healthcare scheme, • Discretionary bonuses twice per year, • Workplace pension How to Apply: Please submit your application via the link or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal Recruitment for a confidential conversation. #INDCATN
