Ace Pizza is looking for an experienced pizza chef to join the team at our Finsbury Park site on a part time basis initially although there may be opportunity for full time hours in the future. Our pizza is made with love with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough. We’re not Neapolitan so don’t apply if that’s what you’re looking for. You should be confident in hand-shaping and stretching lots of pizza during service and be responsible for organizing the dough and food prep schedules. You’ll work clean and be confident speaking with customers as the pizza kitchen is open facing within a fun and lively bar space.
