We’re looking for reliable, skilled self-employed painters & decorators to join our team on an ongoing subcontract basis. Work is mainly across South West and South East London, with long-term, consistent work available for the right people What We Offer • £140 per day (CIS) – equivalent to £20/hour, • Monday–Friday work (9am–5pm, 7 paid hours), • Ongoing long-term projects, • All materials supplied (excluding personal tools), • Supportive, professional team environment Benefits • Paid every 2 weeks via CIS, • Flexible start dates, • Weekend overtime available (when required), • Career progression for reliable long-term subcontractors, • Regular work with a reputable London company Responsibilities • Interior & exterior painting, • Preparing surfaces to a high standard, • Wallpapering (desirable but not essential), • Delivering clean, professional finishes, • Working independently and meeting deadlines Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ painting & decorating experience, • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship, • Own tools, transport & PPE, • UTR number (CIS), • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance scalable, high-performance UIs on AWS platforms., • Collaborate effectively with backend and full-stack teams., • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance monitoring., • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies., • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
