Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology, service offerings, and client solutions. Influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders on governance, technical decisions, and program management. Requirements: SC eligible; no sponsorship available. Strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture. Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications. Experience across at least three ServiceNow product lines outside ITSM. Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, API/Web Services). Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in technical and project delivery. Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable: Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance. Experience in implementing AI/GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow solutions.
