Due to continued growth, they are seeking organised and proactive Operations Coordinators to support their busy service teams.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThis is a key operational support role responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling engineers, and ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from initial booking through to completion.\n\nThe successful candidate will act as a central point of communication between engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets agreed timelines and quality standards.\n\nThis is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSchedule and coordinate engineers for reactive maintenance, servicing, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)\nAct as a primary point of contact for engineers, clients, and internal teams\nMonitor and manage open jobs, ensuring timely progression and completion\nReview engineer reports and issue completion documentation to clients\nArrange return visits and follow-up works where required\nRaise and track quotations based on supervisor specifications\nOrder parts and materials and coordinate associated works\nMaintain accurate job records and update internal systems\nSupport compliance processes including certification and documentation\nHandle client enquiries and provide clear, professional updates\nAssist with urgent and reactive maintenance coordination\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\nPrevious experience in a coordination, scheduling, or operations support role\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nProactive and solution-focused approach\nCompetent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel\nExperience with field service management systems (e.g. BigChange) is advantageous\nExperience within property maintenance, facilities management, or construction environments is beneficial but not essential\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary (£28,000 – £32,000 DOE)\n28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays\nPension scheme\nFree on-site parking\nFriendly and supportive working environment\nGenuine opportunities for career progression within a growing business\nFlexible working options including part-time opportunities\n\nWhat You Need to Do Now:\n\nIf this sounds like the role for you, don’t wait - apply today with your up-to-date CV!\n\nIf it’s not quite right for you but you know someone perfect, refer them to us and receive a £100 voucher when they’re placed and pass their probation period (terms apply).
