We’re a small team with a big focus on delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to turn a simple journey into a memorable experience. ** Who you are** - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Enjoy organisation and attention to detail - Prior experience in events or hospitality - Confident, Friendly, Approachable - Based within 1 hour of Northolt, UB5 - Bonus: Familiar with Central London and surrounding areas ** Duties include (training provided):** - Arranging inventory for bookings and keeping the office space organised - Quality control, ensuring vehicles meet our ‘Royal Standard’ before dispatch - Assisting the hospitality team with preparation for events - Receiving deliveries from clients and suppliers - Printing destination blinds - Collating reports for review with the operations manager - Acting as a point of contact for clients on event day About the role: This is a part time position, 2-3 days per week, based at our depot in Northolt, UB5. Saturdays are mandatory + 1 fixed day in the week. The 3rd day will most commonly be a Friday or Sunday, however this will vary based on business needs. We are a 10 minute bus ride from Northolt Station (central line). Free parking is available onsite. Hours & Rate of pay: 20 hours per week/ £13.15 per hour. Start Date: Immediate.
