About the Role We are seeking Locum Pharmacists to provide safe, effective, and patient-focused pharmacy services in Southampton. Locum assignments may be available in community pharmacies, hospital settings, GP practices, and primary care services, supporting clinical care, dispensing operations, and medicines optimisation. This is a flexible opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy variety, can adapt quickly to new teams and systems, and maintain high standards of professional practice. Deputy Manager (Field-Based) – Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour & Complex Care As Deputy Manager you’ll support the Registered/Service Manager to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care for people with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and complex care needs. This is a field-based role with regular service visits, staff supervision in the community, quality monitoring, and hands-on problem solving to keep standards high and people safe.
