As a Restaurant Manager you would: •Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service; •Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service standards; •Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; •Oversee the dining area and ensure tables are set up correctly, maintaining an inviting ambiance for guests; •Assist in developing and implementing standard procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction; •Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons; •Handling money and be able to reconciliate financials at EOD. Our Restaurant Manager would show: •2 year of previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in high end restaurant; •Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; •Knowledge of food safety regulations; •Passion for food and willingness in learning our Culture and Menu History; •Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy and reason; •Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions, while not feeling overwhelmed; •Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
