The Sub-Agent is responsible for supporting the management of Large Civils projects by acting as a liaison between the main contractor and subcontractors. Working across Highways and Power projects. This role ensures that works are coordinated efficiently, standards are maintained, and project programmes are met. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities on site * Assist in setting out, quality checks, and site inspections * Monitor work progress and report to the Project Manager or Construction Manager * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built documentation * Travel nationwide to oversee multiple project sites as required * Support problem-solving and resolving site issues promptly * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations * Experience in civil engineering, construction, or subcontractor management * Knowledge of site procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and travel nationwide * HNC/HND, Degree, or relevant experience in construction or civil engineering
