LCI and Completion Lead for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Scotland Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the LCI strategy and execution plan aligned with project milestones., • Develop and implement LCI procedure for the project., • Coordinate with engineering and document control to ensure proper tagging, metadata, and structure of LCI deliverables from the contractors., • Manage the preparation and execution of LCI handover to operations, ensuring completeness and validation of all required documentation., • Completion Management., • Development and execution of Mechanical Completion within the Completion, • Management System (CMS) in collaboration with commissioning and quality., • Define system boundaries and ensure proper tagging and systemisation of equipment and documentation., • Monitoring fabrication and manufacturing inspections, FATs and final inspections to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality expectations., • Monitoring of Mechanical Completion (MC), and the Commissioning function, PreCommissioning, and Commissioning activities to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality expectations., • Approve handover packages and confirm readiness for operations/start-up in collaboration with internal stakeholders and contractor teams., • Data & Document Management, • Act as the primary interface for LCI and completion-related matters across engineering supply chain, construction, and commissioning teams., • Interface with engineering, quality, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and documentation integrity., • Support integration with asset management systems or digital twin platforms where applicable., • Compliance & Quality Assurance., • Ensure all LCI deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards., • Support audits and conduct regular reviews to verify data integrity and completeness. Requirements • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project completion and LCI management within the energy or infrastructure sectors., • Strong understanding of industry standards for LCI, • Familiarity with interface coordination and document control systems., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • BSc/MSc or other relevant degree. Experience may substitute for formal education, • Document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Omega365 or similar), • Lifecycle information systems and databases, • Audit and compliance tracking tools, • Completions Management system
