This is a contract Role & Inside IR35 PMO Analyst Contract Duration: 6 months Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid- 2 days onsite per week) Purpose of Role: The PMO Analyst plays a crucial supporting role within the Programme Management Office (PMO) function for Palantir Programme and is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, tracking programme performance, and ensuring strict adherence to governance processes and controls across all Palantir workstreams, while ensuring alignment with cleint’s PACE framework and effective use of Planview for programme control Key Accountabilities • Drive programme governance and control by maintaining integrated delivery plans, milestone trackers, and RAID logs using Planview and ADO, supporting change control processes., • Lead PACE assurance activities, including stage gate readiness, health checks, and risk validation across workstreams, while producing clear reporting and dashboards using Planview and ADO to track delivery progress, timelines, and dependencies., • Manage commercial and back-office operations, including raising and tracking Purchase Orders, coordinating Statements of Work (SOWs) with vendors, processing Goods Receipts, and monitoring actuals vs. budget in collaboration with Procurement and Finance., • Enable cross-functional alignment by coordinating stakeholders across Product, Data, Tech, and Business, tracking interdependencies and action items, and onboarding new team members into PMO tooling—including Planview, ADO, and relevant documentation hubs., • Support agile and hybrid delivery execution, assisting with sprint planning, backlog management, capacity tracking, and ensuring visibility of work items and progress in ADO across delivery teams., • Provide essential analytical support for programme planning, risk management, and value tracking activities. Qualifications and Experience: Required • 4-5 years’ experience in a PMO, project support, or programme delivery role, • Experience working on large-scale, cross-functional programmes—ideally within data, technology, or digital transformation., • Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks; experience with client’s PACE methodology a strong advantage, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or other project tooling, • Prior experience managing commercial processes (SOWs, POs, goods receipts, budget tracking) is essential., • Ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels and maintain accurate, actionable reporting. Preferred • Experience in large-scale transformation or data/tech programmes., • Familiarity with ADO, dedicated RAID management tools, or portfolio management systems., • Power BI or other dashboarding tool skills, • Knowledge of recognized governance frameworks such as PACE.
