About the Opportunity As part of our continued growth in the UK, we are currently supporting the delivery of a major building and regeneration project in North London . This scheme reflects the scale and complexity of projects we deliver globally and represents a significant milestone in our UK expansion. We are now seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join the team on this high-profile scheme. This is a large-scale, technically complex development currently in its delivery phase, offering a genuine opportunity to play a central role in shaping and driving design outcomes. This is a significant project, providing the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a landmark development within a dynamic and internationally experienced organisation. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 24 months. The Role Reporting to the Deputy Project Director, you will lead all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring that systems are designed, coordinated, installed, and commissioned in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements. You will play a central role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring seamless integration of building services within the overall construction delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all MEP design, coordination, installation, and commissioning activities Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure integration of MEP systems Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and UK regulations Monitor site progress and ensure delivery in line with programme milestones and quality standards Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and coordination challenges across disciplines Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidelines Support procurement activities through technical input, tender reviews, and supplier alignment Work closely with planning and commercial teams to assess programme and cost implications Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems, ensuring operational readiness Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise performance, cost, and sustainability Ensure implementation of HSE standards across all MEP activities About You Experience 1015+ years experience managing MEP works within large-scale construction projects Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex building services systems Strong background in site execution, design coordination, and commissioning Experience on major infrastructure or complex building projects is highly desirable Qualifications Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Skills & Knowledge Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems Experience in MEP design coordination and systems integration Solid understanding of UK building regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidelines Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project) Working Environment Regular on-site presence required to support coordination, installation, and commissioning activities with some flexibility for hybrid working.
