An exciting opportunity has arisen for a… Who we’re looking for… We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager with experience in account management and business development, preferably gained within a bespoke, luxury or lifestyle retail environment or similar. Building relationships will be second nature, and you'll be confident in driving proactive development too. We're a busy fast-paced team in an entrepreneurial environment, so if you love getting stuck in and making things happen, this is the role for you! What you'll be doing.... • Handling corporate and bespoke orders: Responding to enquiries, Scoping out and finalising orders with clients., • Working with our production team towards delivery, and following up to ensure everything has gone beautifully., • Business development: nurturing key corporate accounts and actively recruiting new clients., • Marketing our corporate offering: through partnerships, email and social channels, printed material and corporate events., • Networking; attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build relationships, generate leads and act as a brand ambassador for the company, • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels. Skills You Will Bring… • Proven Sales Experience or Account Managerment experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets., • In depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques and best practices., • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities., • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales related tools., • Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities., • Results-oriented mindset with an ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients., • Strong communication and presentation skills.
