Registered Manager – Adult Residential Care\nLocation: Derby, DE23 6FN\nSalary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)\nHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexibility required)\nVisa Sponsorship: Not available\n\nWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing.\n\nIn this role you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, leading your team to deliver person-centred support while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service\nProvide strong leadership, supervision, and development of staff teams\nEnsure high standards of person-centred care, independence, and wellbeing\nMaintain full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders\nManage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure effective and sustainable service delivery\nOversee quality assurance, care planning, and risk management processes\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and high standards of care\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nProven experience in a leadership or management role within social care\nLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)\nStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience managing budgets, resources, and team performance\nPassion for delivering person-centred care and developing teams\n\nDesirable:\n\nExperience working within residential care settings\nKnowledge of supporting adults with complex needs\nFull UK driving licence\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum\nFull-time, 40 hours per week\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nBirthday off after one year of service\nEnhanced sick pay and additional leave for length of service\n£300 referral bonus\nOngoing training and development opportunities\nSupportive working environment with opportunities for progression\n\nIf you are a compassionate and experienced leader with a strong background in residential care, we would love to hear from you.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your management career while making a meaningful difference to the lives of adults with complex needs
