The on target earning potential for this role is £48,748.75 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £39,388.75, plus a qualified estimate of £9,000 in gratuities and service charge*. As the Senior Sous Chef, you will lead, motivate, train and manage the operations for the restaurants culinary team. You will need to apply for the role to discuss the concept and cuisine of the restaurants we are recruiting for at this time. You will assist the Head Chef in managing all food related quality and standards, food, health, and safety in the kitchen. You will be someone who takes pride taking responsibility for all dishes coming out of the kitchen, an engaging and inspirational trainer and coach to your brigade and have a passion for delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our members and guests. About gratuities & service charge: Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £9,000 in addition to their annual salary
