Key Responsibilities: • Manage and inspire a team of bakers, decorators, and front-of-house staff. • Plan and organise daily production schedules. • Maintain excellent product quality and presentation. • Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies are followed. • Monitor stock levels and place supplier orders as needed. • Train, support, and develop team members. • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally. • Collaborate with the owner/management on new ideas, promotions, and growth opportunities.
