Senior Mechanical Engineer An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a forward-thinking technical team working on a diverse range of innovative projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage specific work packages within complex product development projects., • Develop creative, practical solutions to challenging engineering problems., • Take ownership of technical deliverables while supporting and mentoring junior engineers., • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality., • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, providing clear updates and technical insight. Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (1st or Upper 2nd class) or equivalent technical qualification., • Proven experience in product design or development, including use of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques., • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, including rapid prototyping and high-volume production methods such as injection moulding., • Ability to work on-site in the UK and eligibility to work in the UK., • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
