P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking Office and Workshop Assistant to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role supporting both the office and workshop operations, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident using online systems. Key Responsibilities • Assisting with day to day office and workshop administration, • Obtaining supplier pricing and processing purchase orders, • Checking goods received against delivery notes, • Helping with packing and booking parcels via FedEx and other couriers, • Supporting stores and stock related tasks, • Handling customer queries and taking messages professionally, • Booking hotels and travel arrangements when required, • General administrative support as needed Skills & Experience • Previous office administration experience preferred, • MUST hold a driving license, • Forklift license would be advantageous, • Sage and stores/stock control experience desirable, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Comfortable working within structured processes, • Confident using the internet, email, and online booking systems, • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support different areas of the business, • Good communication and customer service skills Working Hours: • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 If this is a role you are interested in, please apply online ensuring your CV is up to date
