Duties • Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food safety and cleanliness, • Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service, • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency across all dishes, • Manage bar operations, including bartending duties, drink service, and inventory control, • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times, • Assist in training new team members on food production, serving protocols, and hospitality best practices, • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster a positive dining environment Skills • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills, • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices, • Ability to perform bartending duties confidently while maintaining excellent customer service, • Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes, • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff, • Strong communication skills to coordinate between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, • Experience with hospitality operations in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus, • Knowledge of serving techniques, hospitality principles, and barista experience is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms everyday dining into memorable experiences.
