Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Streetworks & Defects Coordinator you'll be responsible for the start, stop, and registration of permits, as well as processing all defects received from clients or local authorities. Youll also manage urgent 2-hour and 4-hour SLGs and defects, ensuring they are handled promptly and accurately. You'll complete a range of defect-related administrative tasks, including raising job packs, uploading photos to the company system, carrying out data uploads, and maintaining daily trackers. Youll also produce defect reporting through internal systems, ensuring all information is correct and up to date. Alongside this, you'll support the wider defect team and provide cover when needed. You will work collaboratively with other departments on contracted workstreams and take responsibility for updating the Thames Water Recharge report.
