JOB DESCRIPTION About Us Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our London team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work a 10:30am - 7:00pm late shift and a Saturday morning on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Kensington/Chelsea area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by Guinness. Essential requirements of the role You must be able to demonstrate competence within your primary trade, with the ability to carry out various multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, groundwork, mould washes/treatment and flooring installation. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, ideally within the social housing sector, with a consistent track record of delivering high quality service. Proven ability to work methodically, achieve targets, follow agreed procedures and accurately record information. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational and time management skills. Ability to carry out physical tasks and apply products that remove and treat damp and mould, in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. Ability to operate safely, considering any environmental circumstances and possible risks. Essential Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or an equivalent recognised competency in the primary trade. Accounts Receivable Coordinator Based in Shoreditch Paying up to 40k DOE Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6pm Office based We're recruiting for a growing luxury fashion business that works with leading retailers and boutiques across the UK and overseas. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounts receivable or credit control who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and getting to the bottom of queries. The Role Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, making sure payments are received on time and accounts are kept accurate and up to date. A big part of the role involves communicating directly with customers, buyers and agents, so you'll need to be comfortable having conversations about outstanding invoices and payments while maintaining a positive and professional relationship. You'll also work closely with teams across the wider business to resolve any issues that could be holding up payment, whether that's an invoice query, shipment issue or account discrepancy. As the company works with customers internationally, you'll have regular exposure to accounts across different markets including Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia. JOB DESCRIPTION About Us Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for two Multi Skilled Plumber's to join our London team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work a 10:30am - 7:00pm late shift and a Saturday morning on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Kensington & Chelsea area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by Guinness. Essential requirements of the role You must be able to demonstrate competence within your primary trade, with the ability to carry out various multi-trade tasks such as basic plastering, tiling, joinery, groundwork, mould washes/treatment and flooring installation. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, ideally within the social housing sector, with a consistent track record of delivering high quality service. Proven ability to work methodically, achieve targets, follow agreed procedures and accurately record information. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational and time management skills. Ability to carry out physical tasks and apply products that remove and treat damp and mould, in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. Ability to operate safely, considering any environmental circumstances and possible risks. Essential Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or an equivalent recognised competency in the primary trade.
