Goldmills are hiring a Luggage Porter on behalf of our client, a popular 4* Hotel in the Waterloo area. We are looking for a friendly, confident individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and hours will be 9am - 5:30pm. Your daily duties will include but not restricted to; - Providing guests with a warm greeting upon arrival - Paying close attention to detail, ensuring you are always aware of customers needs - Provide information to guests, such as maps, brochures, tourist information etc. - Able to provide guests with recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, bars, events and places to see - Arrange special services for customers when required - Knowledge of all promotions and packages within the hotel and able to promote these to customers - Handle customer enquiries and relaying to Manager when required - Handle guest mail and messages ensuring they are responded to and managed promptly It is important that the right person is attentive and personable, pays close attention to detail and makes guest satisfaction a priority.
